Beverly Hansom, a faithful Associate for 25 years, and a Local Leader in Louisville, died peacefully on January 11. Due to major heart and kidney disease, she chose to forego dialysis and prepare herself and her family by living as joyfully as possible, thanks to Hospice care, until her God called her home. Thank you, Paulanne Diebold.
Please keep in prayer Vee Garris, my brother’s brother-in-law. Vee has been diagnosed with a reoccurrence of colon cancer that has metastasized in his lungs. His doctors are in discussions about the best course of treatment for him. Please keep his wife, children and grandchildren in prayer as they deal with this setback in Vee’s health. Thank you, Nancy Nance.

Please pray for my friend’s ten-year-old son who has just been diagnosed with a reoccurrence of leukemia. He will be in the hospital for at least the next 28 days having daily chemo treatments and will have to have a weekly spinal tap to determine his progress. He had this when he was 2 years old but now he is 10 and having trouble dealing with this situation. Thank you, Camilla Martocchia.
Please pray for Gary who is on Hospice care and is non-ambulatory with ALS and for his wife and caregiver Kathy. May Gary die quickly and peacefully, and may Kathy be strengthened and blessed as she deals with Gary’s illness. Thank you, Martha Hartle.

Please remember the Hotstream Family (Sr Jane Hotstream) as they grieve the loss of their oldest sibling, Brother John Hotstream, Brothers of the Sacred Heart. In his younger days John expressed a desire that, when the time came to go to God, he could go on Christmas Day. John passed into Eternal Love in the early morning of Christmas Day! No doubt his soul singing, “Glory to God in the Highest!”
