  My sister, Pat Romiguiere of Rimrock,  AZ died. Please keep the family in your prayers.  THank you, Jacquie Dewar, RSM.

  Please pray for Debbie Hull, a former member of the Sisters of Mercy.  Debbie is struggling with cancer and needs prayers.  Thanks,  Jean Evans, RSM.

  Our prayer is requested for Jim Kelly, who is 40 years old, father of 3 children, as he begins evaluation and treatment for a newly diagnosed cancer.  Thank you, Donna Conroy.

  Sharon Folk is going to be having a heart cath and depending on what they find-a possible valve replacement on Monday morning. She is asking for prayers from the sisters. Thank you, Renee Darity.

  Please pray for Bob Hill, brother of Mercy Associate Judy (Hill) Sullivan. He developed a lung clot following abdominal surgery.  Thank you, Judy Sullivan.

  Please remember in your prayers my sister-in-law Lucy Morgan who died on Friday. She has had Alzheimer’s for several years. Remember too my brother Joe and their four children.  Thank you, Sr. Marilyn Morgan.

  We ask for prayers for Kathy Schiro and her husband, Michael, who both have COVID.  Michael is in the hospital with a severe case of COVID.  Please pray for healing for them both.  Thank you.

  Please pray for Mary Kathryn Lynch, 94, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Marion, Iowa.  She passed away on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, at Cottage Grove Place in Cedar Rapids.

  My cousin, Billy Metzger, had a difficult life, was an alcoholic but still will be missed by his siblings, especially his sisters Cindy and Cathy.  His death was unexpected. Thank you, Sister Rose Marie Tresp.

• Monday, October 2, 2023

  Please pray for my niece-in-law, Sandy.  Her glioblastoma (brain tumor) has begun to grow again. She has become very ill and weak with the new meds added to her usual infusions.  Please keep my nephew, George, in your prayers. He is caring for Sandy, children & grand children. Sandy is one of the rare 5 year survivors thanks to MRI’s, infusions, and great doctors at Nebraska Medical Center. Thank you, Jane Winterson.

  For Bethany Meyers (Co-Worker), who is currently receiving treatment for breast cancer. Please keep Beth, her husband and her young children close in prayers. Thank You, John McLoughlin.

  Please remember in your prayers Danny Battles, Jason Rohan and Adam Amort who are all suffering from cancer and are in Hospice care.  Adam is just 3 years old and is an only child.  Please remember their families in your prayer, too.  Thank you, Sister Judith Dianne McGowan.
