    We pray in thanksgiving for the life of Sister Mary Padilla, RSM, who died September 8, 2023 in Auburn, California. A Sister of Mercy for 76 years, she was 96 years old.

    We pray in thanksgiving for the life of Sister Helen Ruane, RSM, who died August 23, 2023, in West Hartford, Connecticut. A Sister of Mercy for 78 years, she was 99 years old.

    Funeral services will be held at Saint Mary Home, 2021 Albany Avenue, West Hartford, as follows.

    Mass of Resurrection at 11 a.m.

    We pray in thanksgiving for the life of Sister Barbara Hunt, RSM, who died September 6, 2023, in Fall River, Massachusetts. A Sister of Mercy for 75 years, she was 93 years old.

    Sister Barbara’s funeral will be at St. Stanislaus Parish Church, Rockland Ave., Fall River, Massachusetts, as follows.

    Tuesday, September 12
    Viewing, 9:15-9:30 a.m.
    Mercy Prayer at 9:30 a.m.
    Liturgy begins at 10 a.m.

    Sister Barbara will be buried in the Hunt family plot in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Fall River following the Liturgy. James J. Gallogly Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

     

    We pray in thanksgiving for the life of Sister Mary Albert Page, RSM, who died September 6, 2023, in Brentwood, New York. A Sister of Mercy for 77 years, she was 95 years old.

    Sister was looking forward to celebrating her 77th anniversary of entrance on Friday, September 8.

    Funeral services will be at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 500 South Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville, New York, as follows.
